1 .The only information we require when placing a steering wheel cover order by phone, email or fax are Color, Size (A, AX, AXX, C, B, BX or special order measurements), and the number of units. If you're ordering EuroTones, it is important that you indicate the color combination in the right order. The first color will be on top & bottom of the steering wheel. The second color will be on the sides. When ordering EuroPerfs, state the word "Perf" after the color which is to be perforated.

2. Orders placed before 1PM Pacific Time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. All Orders drop shipped directly to your customer's home or office will be sent by Priority Mail ($6.50). Most orders will arrive within 2 to 4 days. We do not provide tracking numbers. If any order does not arrive in a reasonable time, Wheelskins will re-ship the order at our cost.

3. You can place your orders by email - info@wheelskins.com or by fax - (510) 841-2153 or by phone (800) 755-2128. We would prefer that you place your Drop Ship Orders by FAX or by email if possible to ensure accuracy of your Ship-To-Address. All email orders will receive a confirmation response. If you require a confirmation response to your fax orders, please provide a confirmation response page.

4. If you require SKU numbers for your inventory or ordering system, email your request to marcomm@wheelskins.com or call Andrew at 800-755-2128.

5. Special Order - If you cannot find the correct size Wheelskins on our current year Application chart or E-Application chart, call Wheelskins to see if we have the measurements or have your customer measure the steering wheel...no extra cost for special orders.

6. Customer Service - we prefer to handle customer service calls like exchanges and installation questions. We have an Anytime Stock Exchange Program for retail stores and a 90-Day Warranty on all Wheelskins products. Wheelskins has been in business for over 30 years and we base our longevity on excellent products and customer service.
